2019 Champ Camp

Champ Camp is a week-long residential summer camp experience for child burn survivors ages 5-17.  It is a summer camp hosted by the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation. These kids have been treated at California hospitals or are current residents of California. Each year, approximately 130 children attend this week long summer camp at Wonder Valley in Sanger, California. Six of our Local 1165 members volunteered their time to help out at Champ Camp last week. A big thanks to James, Tyler, Xavier, Harry, Evan and Rob for helping kids feel great about themselves and representing Local 1165 in the process.
